Do you get anxious, depressed, have autoimmune issues or gut problems? Then you may suffer from the MTHFR gene mutation. Now don’t worry, this isn’t a bad thing, and there are many ways to overcome these symptoms.

Our guest today is Stacey Turner who is a Nutritionist and Dietitian. Despite her understanding of the effects of foods, the environment, and lifestyle on the body she suffered from adrenal fatigue, depression and digestive issues. It was not until she was tested for MTHFR that she found the cause of her issues.

Stacey is here to teach us all about this gene mutation and her journey living with it.
