When we say birthing partner, we don't mean you and your bestie having babies at the same time (although that would be pretty cool). We are talking about support during labour - supporting a woman when she's giving birth is a big responsibility and can be quite nerve-racking if you've never done it before.

Today's guest tells us exactly what is involved in being a support person, and how you can really be there for your loved one.
